The Short Version

All persons sending submissions must be free to send in the submission
All submissions MUST be 6-12 high resolution photos
All photos must be High Resolution Photos
All Photo credits MUST accompany the submission
All models under the age of (18) eighteen MUST have their legal parent/guardian send the submission AND
it must state within the submission authorization is being given to publish the enclosed/attached photos
All photos MUST be sent via Google Drive link, Dropbox link, or OneDrive link
All Submissions are subject to all the stipulations of the section named "The Legal Version" below

ALL SUBMISSION MUST BE BY DROPBOX, ONEDRIVE, or GOOGLE DRIVE TO portfoliofashionmagazine@gmail.com OR ANOTHER SIMILAR SERVICE. ALL PHOTOS MUST BE HI RES. WE DO NOT ACCEPT SUBMISSIONS BY EMAIL. EMAIL SUBMISSION WILL BE DELETED WITHOUT BEING VIEWED.
ANY SUBMISSIONS SENT WITHOUT PROPER EDITORIAL CREDITS WILL BE DELETED. DO NOT SEND PHOTOS WITH PHOTOGRAPHERS NAME ON THEM.
APPLIES TO ALL SUBMISSIONS:
Portfolio Fashion Magazine (and all of our publications/blogs/video/media/press placement-these guidelines cover all the mentioned) accepts submissions from photographers, models, modeling agencies, managers, talent managers, makeup artists, bloggers, writers, fashion designers, and stylists. By submitting items, you are stating that you have permission/authorizations and all clearances to submit the items to Portfolio Fashion Magazine and all of our media partners/collaborators for media distribution. We, including our media partners/collaborators, are held blameless for any and all disputes which arise out of your submissions. This statement will serve as a Release Form for any and all submissions. These rules are effective for any and all submissions, read or unread. We do not give out complimentary copies of the magazine. Portfolio Fashion Magazine is not responsible for any cost associated with the production of your submission; also we do not pay for submissions. Photos should be submitted as stated above and folder labeled by Model's Name, so we can find it quickly.
Once a submission is accepted by Portfolio Fashion Magazine, it MUST NOT be submitted or published anywhere in any other magazine, website, social media network etc., until 60 days AFTER it has been published in Portfolio Fashion Magazine. We reserve the right to pull submissions from our issue if any of these submission guidelines are violated or for any last minute changes.
NOTES:
1. We prefer the editorial to be UNPUBLISHED but will accept a previous published editorial if we really love the images.
2. Nudity is allowed, however it must be implemented tastefully.
3. Team credit must be accompanied with the editorial that should include (but is not limited to) photographer, hair, makeup, stylist, model assistants, etc. If your model(s) are agency represented, please be sure to specify the agency’s name as well. Please provide links to your website for linking purposes to help promote your work. We will not publish/accept submissions without their team credits.
4. Digital Tear Sheets are sent out 90 days after publication of submission. (upon request)
Submissions WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED if they were previously posted anywhere on the internet. Please DO NOT submit photos with “PROOF” or “PHOTO
NAME” on the photo. Include credits with email. Likewise, if we accept a submission but later find that the photo, or photos similar from the same set, has been posted anywhere or was sent to or used by another publication, any guarantee for publication shall me immediately revoked.
5. Models and photographers looking for financial compensation for their submission, whether prior to or after print, will be summarily denied. We do not pay for submissions or publication.
6. Parties agree that it is FULLY understood that there may be a queue of editions being released, there are submissions that may have been sent and approved prior to their submission, therefore the photos may not be immediately published. It's also understood that the wait from acceptance of the submission to publication can be anywhere from 14 to 180 days.
By allowing Portfolio Fashion Magazine to publish your work, you grant us permission to use your work in any of our publications, websites, marketing material, advertisements, videos and any other mediums or formats used in the creation and dissemination of Portfolio Fashion Magazine content. All submissions, used by us or not, are the exclusive property of the copyright owner. We do not claim or assume copyright of the protected items.
If you are a model submitting for placement in Portfolio Fashion Magazine, please submit HI RES photos along with all permissions as stated in the ALL SUBMISSIONS paragraph. By submitting images/pics to Portfolio Fashion Magazine you state that you have all the permissions/authorizations/clearances to submit the photos for distribution and you give Portfolio Fashion Magazine permission/authorizations/clearances to use the works. Further, The model by sending the submission, assumes ALL liability, etc for the submission and will absorb all liability, damage(s), etc for the submission leaving Portfolio Fashion Magazine, it's agents, etc blameless for the usage of the work that was submitted by them.
PHOTO SUBMISSIONS:
Please include all photo credits with your submission. This should include (but is not limited to) photographer, hair, makeup, stylist, model name and assistants, etc. Rules for photo submissions are the same as “All Submissions” paragraph. Portfolio Fashion Magazine assumes no liability for publishing any submission in good faith. The Person(s) making the submission assumes all legal responsibility for the use and publication of the photos by Portfolio Fashion Magazine.
WARDROBE CREDITS:
All wardrobe credits need to be clearly stated according to image file name so that we can easily distinguish which names goes with what images. This helps us to avoid any errors. Please also include URLs to the websites of the designers.
All items submitted are subject to the same rules as “All Submissions” paragraph.
While we welcome general submission, a look at our editorial calendar can serve as a guide. Any items submitted to Portfolio Fashion Magazine are subject to the “All Submissions” paragraph rule. There is no monetary compensation for any submission or published works on any of our media outlooks. We do not give out complimentary copies of the magazine.
